Repair Policy

•    No unit should be taken for repair without Booking Slip. The one (repair certificate)
•    Reefside Electronic Service Center shall charge amount of MVR 200/- for diagnose the item upon registration
•    Once the item is diagnosed, status & estimate will be immediately informed to the customer
•    Customer should agree to the estimated amount to proceed the job
•    To claim the unit after repair customer should present the booking slip


Repair Conditions

•    Reefside Electronic Service Centre will not be liable for loss of or damage to any article left to repair which is not claimed by the customer within three calendar months or the receipt for which has been lost or cannot be produced
•    The said article will be delivered to the person presenting the receipt. In the event of collection by another party, proof of identification is needed before the article is issued. Reefside Electronic Service Centre will not be liable for any loss occurring to the customer in the event of delivery been made to an unauthorized person on presenting of the receipt
•    All articles left for repair not claimed by customer with six (6) months may be disposed by Reefside Electronic Service Centre in any way whatsoever and Reefside Electronic Service Centre shall not be liable or responsible to the customer so such articles or for any loss or damage whatsoever in such event
•    Payment Term: Cash & Cash Card

 

The following units Shall Not be accepted for repair

•    Item without Model & Serial Number
•    Heavily damaged units
•    Phased-out / obsolete models
•    Badly tampered units
•    Heavily rusted and corrosion unit
